The staff, from security to reception, room services and location

Noise outside and When you open the windows, cockroaches of all sizes enter. I ask the hotel management to put nets on the windows so that insects do not enter and the place can be ventilated.

The staff was amazing so helpful when my flight was canceled to change the booking I also arrived early after spending a night in a airport and emailing them about times etc. Once I arrived they let me check in early. The location was awesome could walk to bars and restaurants.

Super happy with our first stay and very proud as a Filipino to show off this hotel!

It's really a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Makati that gives off old Filipino style vibes from their lobby to their restaurant upstairs. Everyone was very nice in accommodating a parking spot for us as well as a special request for my guest! The A/C works well, the beds are soft and clean. The bathroom is well stocked but the bathrobes were a bit snug LOL The views of the room that we got was SPECTACULAR! Ceiling to floor, almost 180 degrees view from Rockwell, BGC, and Makati!

Their breakfast offerings didn't leave us much to desire, some of the food items seem like they've been left out for hours already so it was a little disappointing that we didn't get to try them out. We did not get to try the pool or the gym, but they looked alright, not run down or anything. Also, their elevators leave you a little claustrophobic but their bellmen were very nice to help us with our luggages so we wouldn't get crowded.

Great location and good value for money. Only had a short overnight stay between flights but was perfect for that purpose. Not a bad gym by hotel standards either.

Recently built. Rooms luxurious and spotless.great food. Great staff. Great location

Cleanliness is excellent since the building is new.

Cleanliness is excellent since the building is new. Except for the windows.

Some rooms have old and loud AC units despite the hotel being fairly new and pricey. They also leak the traffic noise intk the otherwise properly insulated room. Doors are impossible to close without banging them shut.

Location. Room was clean, shower area spacious.

Manual Aircon. Kettle on high shelf. No bathrobe or slippers. Price a little high in comparison with some of the other 4 and 5 star options.

Disappointing new hotel

Not much actually, particularly when I found out that if you book locally rooms can be had for almost half the price as is available on booking.com. Although a new hotel it’s really only 3 stars. Staff are friendly but often inexperienced . The quality of the Filipino food at the ground floor is quite good.

Very noisy area. I’ve stayed at nearby hotels before but none were as loud as this one on weekends. Unless you plan to be out late avoid this hotel on weekends. Rooms quite basic, beds are too short, the shower weak. I would recommend avoiding this hotel given numerous alternatives in Makati (unless you can get the 3,000 + peso rate)

It is in the center of happenings in Makati. Very busy yet vibrant. Stayed within my birthday weekend here and it was lovely! Got the loft room at a discounted rate. Thanks booking.com.

Quite ok, price too high in comparison to others, bfast not served as paid

I booked for 2 people for 7 nights, including a good buffet breakfast. According to the price with / without bfast the price difference was about 9646 pesos, divided by 14 bfast (7*2) the average breakfast buffet price was 689 per head !. I knew this, when I booked. But the hotel wasn't booked well, so I had 2 days buffet breakfast, the other 5 days I had to chosse a very limited bfast, value in that area at an avarage of 200...240 pesos. I was super disappointed. I had to choose either Filipino or American or Continental, or cereals. In buffet bfast (what I paid higly) I could choose from all, including fruits, cake, cookies, juices, .... I've bben to approx 20 hotels in Manila since 2015, but this never happened to me before :(

The management of the hotel was very poor and bad, all the care about was taking money from the deposit by bringing lies, I have traveled all around all the world never experience this type of hotel managements especially their housekeeping manager which he doesn’t deserve to be in the management of hotel. In addition to lying to take money from the guest deposited, one night after they finish cleaning they have left my room door open for the whole time I was out the hotel. Unfortunately one of the worst hotel I have stayed in in my whole life.

I will stay again.

I like the location, easy access to anywhere in Makati, plenty to do within a 10 minute walk.

Location of the towel rack is right in front of the sink so you have to lean over it to brush your teeth and rinse your mouth. Can be a bit difficult at times.
